For quite some time i was feeling sad and low.

Someone referred me to Ms. Rooplata. I was given an appointment on priority considering my situation. Which i am thankful for. Rooplata madam listened to all my problems, all my questions patiently. And answered them in a very simple way. I could talk and open about my problems, fears with her easily. After my counselling sessions life seems easier. I feel hopeful about life. If you have problems in life and cannot find the answers consult her. I trust her and recommend her.

Dr Roopalata understands our problems very well.She guides and gives path to our daily life ....she notices every detail even if it is small. She is the best psychiatrist/therapist out there.She is very friendly and available whenever we want her.she changes time if we are not comfortable.I've seen many psychiatrists where we have to keep asking for appointment.But she herself books the time slot every week and keeps updating us about the session.We feel happy after talking to her

She has helped me a lot with my mental health issues and made me feel more confident and hopeful. She is very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I consulted Marg a few months back, for my anxiety and low mood, that were starting to affect almost every aspect of my life, including my work and my family life. My initial interactions with Rooplata ma’am were very productive and professional, and helped me understand how my mental health had been neglected since a long time. We are glad we met Ms. Rooplata through reference from our friends that time. Our first session we were confused and anxious about discussing personal things with a stranger.

But second session onwards we could feel we could trust her. She was understanding. Not at all judgemental. We could discuss everything with her without any hesitation. She understood the issues and helped us resolve it eventually.

She has made us aware of so many things about our relationship that we didn't know before.

Ms. Rooplata is our family psychologist since Covid lockdown happened. We lost a family member to Covid, income took a hit. lockdown affected us deeply. I and my family members are consulting Ms. Rooplata for our emotional worries and concerns.She has helped us in our time of need. She is always approachable (virtual mode and in her clinic) whichever was convenient to us. She is caring and a good listener. She counsels the senior members in our family and children too. Ms. Rooplata is trustworthy and empathetic.

Rooplata is amazing therapist. I feel lucky I was able to find right person in first go. It's been 7 months since I started therapy and I am changed, confident person now. Rooplata takes time to hear you out, analyse and give us tools to cope up with issues. She is non-judgmental. Follows up on next appointment, sends a reminder, makes you feel cared for. With her help I've gone from sobbing, helpless person to recognising, practicing healthy boundaries and loving myself. This has has transformed my personal and professional life. I started benefitting from the therapy sessions from her from my second day of the session. She patiently listens to the problems, takes notes and follows up after the next session. She has suggested me many self help ways to combat my procrastination, lethargy etc.

She helped me with the managing my anxieties post surgery months combating an unfortunate disease.

In addition to that she taught me the art of defining boundaries and respecting them. This helped me compensate the shortcomings in my personal relationships.

This was the third time i tried therapy because i didn't have good experience the first 2 times.

I have done 5 sessions now and i am very satisfied. She has helped me a lot in different aspects for the issues I was dealing with in day to day life. I was very comfortable sharing my issues, stories and gradually she asks relevant questions in every session regarding my improvement and changes happening. I would recommend her to my friends as My Mental health and Lifestyle has improved a lot due to these sessions.
